We are very sorry that this happened. LOOKSI is constantly monitoring the quality of our products when it's received at our warehouse and before being shipped out to you. In case that you still happen to receive a defective or damaged item, you should certainly return it back to us. Just follow the same steps as any other return, send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt and attach the completed return slip, then we will refund you via the channel you have selected for the refund
